The transport of your package
Packages are sent in the order of arrival of orders, after reception of your payment.
ATTENTION, for purchases via the sites of sale put together, the delays of expedition those are announced during sales (ex: for Groupon, a delay of 20 working days is announced).
The mode of expedition will be coherent Colissimo or Letter Max, according to the product, delayed without signature.
If you wish a delivery with signature, an additional cost is applied, thank you for contacting us. Whatever is the chosen mode of expedition, we will give you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow online the delivery of your package.
Expenses of expedition include packing, handling and mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to price or to weight of your order. We can't put together two distinct orders and you will have to fulfil expenses of harbour for each of them. Your package is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought in the package containing fragile products.
ATTENTION: Expenses of returning linked in NPAI, not claimed, Refused or incomplete Address, will be supported by client.
